Who We Are
Richard Barry – Co-Founder, Lead Educator
With over a decade of international teaching experience (UK, Russia, China, Qatar), Richard is a passionate educator, certified in primary education with a deep interest in childhood development and the future of learning. He blends academic research, storytelling, and tech tools like AI and Minecraft Education to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
Hannah Barry – Co-Founder, Early Years Specialist & Marketing Lead
An experienced Early Years Foundation Stage teacher and full-time parent, she brings warmth, structure, and insight into how young learners develop confidence, creativity, and resilience. She also leads the brand’s marketing and parent-facing communications with a heart-led, community-first approach.
Together, we’re raising three children and building Thinkers & Leaders with the same care, curiosity, and intention we bring to our family.

- Parent Guides & Newsletters: Regular, relatable content on future skills, digital wellbeing, and educational reform.
